DESCRIPTION (english):	Australian hang gliding pioneer Bill Moyes had the idea for the Tempest more than a dozen years ago. Built by Bob Bailey, it is a small simple sailplane, using tube and fabric for the wings and composites for the cockpit. Landing is facilitated by working both spoilers simultaneously, so that they act as air-brakes. At this price, it really is gliding for all!
DESCRIPTION (french):	Moyes a eu l’idée du Tempest il y a plus d’une dizaine d’années. Construit par Bob Bailey, c’est une petit planeur simple, en tubes et toile pour les ailes et en composite pour le cockpit. Pour l’atterrissage, on actionne simultanément les spoilers qui deviennent des aérofreins. A ce prix, c’est vraiment le vol à voile pour tous !

Das kleine, einfache Segelflugzeug wird von Bob Bailey gebaut, die Flügel als Rohr-Tuch-Konstruktion, das Cockpit aus Faserverbund-Werkstoffen. Die simultan arbeitenden Spoiler können wie Bremsklappen verwendet werden und erleichtern so das Landen. Der Preis für den Tempest verspricht wirklich Segelfliegen für alle!
