| DESCRIPTION (english): | Although similar to Airfer's older two seater, the Mustang, it is the Yumbo which is making the news at Airfer. Easily distinguishable from earlier designs thanks to its underseat tank, it offers three engine choices – Hirth 2702 (detailed), Hirth 2703 or Rotax 503 – and is noticeably smaller than prior models at 205 x 164 x 175cm (l x w x h). The prop cage splits into three sections for transport and in this guise the height is only 125cm with the wheels removed. Construction is stainless steel. |
| DESCRIPTION (french): | Le Transan C2 est le plus lourd et le plus puissant des chariots Airfer. Il est équipé en série de doubles commandes. Il est présenté ici avec le Hirth 2702 qui lui donne 140 kg de poussée, de quoi monter avec deux pilotes de 90 kg à 3,5 mètres par seconde. Il y a aussi une version encore plus puissante avec le Hirth 2703 de 52 ch ou encore même le Rotax 503. Le C2 est facilement repliable avec sa cage en deux parties et sa poutre démontable. Il peut se piloter du siège avant ou arrière. Le prix ne comprend pas l’aile. La version ancienne du biplace Transan 2702 est toujours disponible. |
| DESCRIPTION (german): | Auch wenn die älteren Doppelsitzer-Trikes Transan C2 und Mustang weiter erhältlich bleiben, steht das Aifer Yumbo im Fokus. Es unterscheidet sich von seinen Vorgängern durch den unter dem Sitz angeordneten Tank. Die Motorauswahl hingegen ist die gleiche: Hirth 2702 (siehe Daten), Hirth 2703 oder Rotax 503. Mit 205 x 164 x 175 cm ist das aus rostfreiem Stahl konstruierte Yumbo merklich kleiner. Für den Transport kann der Käfig in drei Teile zerlegt werden, wodurch bei entfernten Rädern die Transporthöhe auf 125 cm sinkt. |
